If you're using 6.x you could download the which has a guitar tuner included. I haven't really used it, so I can't say how well it works.

Amplitube LE has a tuner too. But not Ampltube full version.

Its there on the front panel - a button that says tuner. It works pretty well too.

If your too scared to ruin your system, why would you bother finding it in a pluggin when you can go to any music store and get a cheap $20 tuner?
