Melodyne Studio and Reaper

Has anyone else had issues with Reaper and Melodyne Studio 3 not playing nice together? The melodyne bridge has the dialogue hidden behind the main UI. What's up with that? I am frustrated since it seems so different that the DAW's they do support.
